Picking up right where the first season leaves off, Love, Victor struggles in its second season to figure out how it wants to tell its story.

After coming out to his family, Victor (Michael Cimino) starts dating Benji (George Sear) ben also gets crushed on by Rahim (Anthony Keyvan). Mia (Rachel Hilson) has to deal with the aftermath of seeing Victor cheat while Lake (Bebe Wood) and Felix (Anthony Turpel) explore their own relationship.

Victor becomes a main character that is hard to watch and you’ll end up being more interested in Lake and Felix’s storylines. Turpel gives a brilliant performance in this season as we see Felix struggle with his mom’s (Betsy Brandt) depression.

Leaving off on a cliffhanger again, it’s easy to tell that Victor may make a decision that’s wrong for him.

Final say: Not quite love. ★★★☆☆
