RuPaul crosses the pond to introduce a new version of his megahit Drag Race franchise and in doing so, he introduces audiences to new types of drag.
With long-time judge Michelle Visage and UK personalities Alan Carr and Graham Norton, RuPaul brings 10 of the UK’s best drag queens to the forefront to see who will become the first UK Drag Superstar.
The contestants on this season are fun and you’ll take an immediate liking to many of them. However, Baga Chipz seems insincere and like she’s just trying to get screentime that it makes you want to skip every part she’s on. Though, she and The Vivienne make “Snatch Game” one of the best ever.
However, the guest judges are some of the best the franchise has ever had.
Final say: Couldn’t be much better. ★★★★☆
