A completely interactive viewing experience, Bandersnatch changes the way we watch movies.

Young programmer Stefan Butler (Fionn Whitehead) is creating a choose-your-own-adventure videogame based off the book, “Bandersnatch.” As he continues along, he loses his way slowly descending into madness.

It’s hard to even describe the plot of this film because you as the viewer will make so many choices that alter the way the film continues. Sometimes dead ends will be reached, but there are a few standard endings where you can’t go back and try again.

Whitehead is wonderful in the lead role, especially as you dig deeper into the story. The decisions you make for his character start off simple enough, but end up putting him in awful situations.

Final say: Don’t get lost in the madness. ★★★★☆
