Schitt’s Creek wraps up its final season in a heartfelt way that will make you feel okay saying goodbye to these characters despite never wanting it to end.
As Patrick (Noah Reid) and David (Dan Levy) prepare for their wedding, the Rose family continues to try to find a life outside of Schitt’s Creek. Johnny (Eugene Levy) works on expanding the motel, Moira (Catherine O’Hara) gets a call from an old friend and Alexis (Annie Murphy) must figure out life with Ted (Dustin Milligan).
Watching how these writers and actors finish out their character arcs is absolutely delightful. There’s so much heart in each one and you’re rooting for them and the life-changing decisions they’re making. Everyone deserves applause, but Murphy is breathtaking throughout the season.
The finale will make you shed tears, but good ones.
Final say: Bring tissues. ★★★★★
