Featuring brilliant performances and a diverse cast, Mean Girls is a show that everyone will want to see regardless of whether or not you’ve seen the movie.

Cady Heron (Danielle Wade) attends public school for the first time and is befriended by outsiders Janis (Mary Kate Morrissey) and Damian (Eric Huffman). When the Plastics – Regina (Mariah Rose Faith), Gretchen (Megan Masako Haley) and Karen (Jonalyn Saxer) – adopt Cady into their group, her newfound popularity takes over.

All having their time to shine with belting solos, Wade, Morrissey and Faith will blow you away. Their voices fill the entire theater and soar to unimaginable heights.

This production also features the first black Aaron Samuels and though an iconic line from the film is lost, having him onstage as the main love interest is amazing representation.

Final say: As good as Broadway. ★★★★★
