Released: April 29, 2011
By: Jennifer Lopez
Like a fine wine, Jennifer Lopez seems to just get better with age. On her seventh studio album, she brings the fire with multiple hit songs that will have you keep the album on repeat.
On her first song with future-long time collaborator Pitbull, Lopez kicks off the album with “On the Floor,” a club-ready anthem that shows off her sex appeal well. As the album continues, she produces more high-energy hits like the Lil Wayne featured “I’m Into You” and “Papi.”
Even songs that would be more likely classified as ballads have the pop edge that make them fun to listen to. “Until It Beats No More” has tender lyrics that sound like a love letter, but it doesn’t slow the speed of the album.
Final say: The perfect workout playlist that doesn’t need to be made. ★★★★★
