After this book was released, it spent over four months on the New York Times Bestseller List and became the fastest-selling adult hardcover in history. So you know it has to be good.

Brilliantly written in three unreliable perspectives, this book follows what happens after Rachel sees a disturbing view from the window of her train on her morning commute. This murder mystery is told at different points in time from the three main women and will have you hooked from the first chapter.

As I was reading the climax, I felt myself forgetting to breathe. I was so captivated and the psychological mess of the characters had me transfixed. You feel like you can’t trust any of them, but have to trust all of them at the same time.

Final say: If you haven’t read this yet, why not? ★★★★★
