If there’s one thing that makes a film, it’s chemistry between the lead actors. And in Chloe, Julianne Moore and Amanda Seyfried work brilliantly together.
Suspecting her husband David (Liam Neeson) of cheating, Catherine (Moore) hires sex worker Chloe (Seyfried) to seduce her husband and report details. As Chloe and David continue meeting, so do Chloe and Catherine, which makes them bond in an odd way.
Featuring a juicy plot, you’ll be hooked on the love triangle between David, Catherine and Chloe. While many of the intimate moments are heard rather than seen, that doesn’t take away from the sexuality – if anything, it adds to it.
The one issue is that we’re brought into the infidelities so quickly that you don’t have a chance to learn David and Catherine’s dynamic before that.
Final say: Seyfried makes her mark. ★★★★☆
