One of the best parts of the holidays is being around the ones you love. Growing up with Disney characters, it’s easy to feel like they’re part of the family.
Three short cartoons are combined into a full-length film. The first follows Donald Duck (Tony Anselmo) as his nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie (all voiced by Russi Taylor) wish for it to be Christmas everyday. The second follows Goofy’s (Bill Farmer) son Max (Shaun Fleming) as he doubts Santa’s existence. And the final one follows Mickey (Wayne Allwine) and Minnie (also Russi Taylor) as they find the perfect gifts for each other.
None of the stories are overly memorable. It would have been nice to see the main four – Mickey, Minnie, Donald & Goofy – appear onscreen together more than they were.
Final say: Watch it once and that’s enough. ★★★☆☆
