Some of today’s biggest pop stars come together to lend their voice to Disney classics that range from 1950’s Cinderella to 2013’s Frozen.

Like the Disneymania series before it, the album is a bit uneven as new spins are put on already great music. However, the hits far outweigh the misses.

Ariana Grande brings her big vocals to Hercules’ “Zero to Hero” and does with her voice what it once took five women to do. Fall Out Boy takes on “I Wan’na Be Like You” from The Jungle Book with their signature punk rock.

Misses include Jessie Ware’s “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes,” which while pretty is excruciatingly slow and Rascal Flatts and Lucy Hale’s cover of “Let It Go,” which can’t seem to figure out its genre.

Final say: A magical reimagining of Disney songs. ★★★☆☆
