Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana continues to bring Miley Cyrus into the spotlight as the famous fictional singer.

Season three of the show brings some fun songs to the show including opener “It’s All Right Here” and “He Could Be the One,” but the songs don’t have the lasting effect that ones from the first two seasons do. While Hannah Montana and her fans are getting older, the music is not.

Unfortunately the flow of the album is off as well with too quick of changes from upbeat to ballads.

Two of the best songs on the album are ones with featured artists. David Archuleta – riding the American Idol fame – matches vocals well with Cyrus, while Corbin Bleu’s feature on “If We Were a Movie” brings nostalgia from season one.

Final say: Hannah Montana has seen better days. ★★☆☆☆
