Though the final Magic Mike ups the dance factor, it loses both the realism and the nudity, which will leave viewers feelings teased and unsatisfied.

After giving her the dance of her life, Maxandra Mendoza (Salma Hayek Pinault) invites Mike Lane (Channing Tatum) to London to create a strip show in her soon-to-be ex-husband’s (Alan Cox) family-owned theater.

While its predecessors had events that felt like they could actually occur, this one creates more of a fairytale with predictable roadblocks happening along the way. The first two films also had multiple memorable dance scenes, but here there’s maybe one.

However, Tatum never fails to put on a show. His chemistry with Hayek Pinault in the first dance sequence is so hot, you’ll see the steam coming off the screen.

Final say: The last dance didn’t live up to the hype. ★★☆☆☆
