A wild action film, Wanted is incredibly thrilling from start to finish thanks to an incredible performance from James McAvoy.

Wesley Gibson (McAvoy) is living his worst life when he’s approached by Fox (Angelina Jolie). Training with Fox under the supervision of the Fraternity leader Mr. Sloan (Morgan Freeman), Wesley now must kill the man (Thomas Kretschmann) who killed his father.

McAvoy, Jolie and Freeman are all perfectly cast in their roles. Jolie brings beauty and fierceness to the lethal Fox and Freeman brings strength as their leader. Watching the development of Wesley over the movie, it’s like McAvoy is two different actors from beginning to end.

The movie is fast paced, but it’s formulaic story may help you guess what happens in the climax. However, this doesn’t mean the climax won’t be fun to watch.
