Featuring three incredible leads, Three Men and a Baby is an adorable comedy that will have you gushing – and not just at the baby.
Three bachelors – Peter (Tom Selleck), Michael (Steve Guttenberg) and Jack (Ted Danson) – live together in New York City. Two packages arrive on their doorstep – one containing Jack’s baby Mary (Lisa & Michelle Blair) and the other containing illegal drugs.
Selleck, Guttenberg and Danson are all to die for in this film. Seeing them take on fatherly duties and opening their hearts to Mary will warm your own. The early struggles are fantastic and Jack failing to enlist his mom’s (legendary star Celeste Holm) help is great.
Though the film doesn’t necessarily need the crime scenes with the package of heroin, it’s an interesting subplot that’ll keep you on your toes.
Final say: An all-around delight. ★★★★☆
