Coming off an incredible first season, Desperate Housewives comes back with more antics, drama and sex that’ll have you clutching your wine as you binge.
Susan (Teri Hatcher) flips out when Edie (Nicollette Sheridan) begins dating her ex-husband Karl (Richard Burgi). Lynette (Felicity Huffman) goes back to work. Bree (Marcia Cross) copes with losing her husband. Gaby (Eva Longoria) debates on motherhood. And a mysterious new neighbor (Alfre Woodard) holds secrets.
With all that goes down this season, the women’s love lives are probably the worst part with the constant back-and-forth decision making. However, their extracurriculars make the season worthwhile. Longoria and Doug Savant (Lynette’s husband Tom) will both bring you to tears later in the season.
However, the payoff of Woodard’s Betty isn’t satisfying and seeing her leave feels for the better.
Final say: These housewives break out. ★★★★☆
