In his third studio album, Logic stakes his claim as one of the most important rappers of our time.

Everybody is filled with personal stories. He promotes equality for everybody regardless of race, sexual orientation, religion, mental illness and so on because he’s been beaten down before because of who he is and how he was born. And he would rather not have anyone else go through it.

The hit single 1-800-273-8255 focuses on wanting to commit suicide but choosing to live. The song title itself is the national suicide hotline and has created crucial conversation.

Logic’s message is one of unity and that no one is alone in their dark thoughts. At a time when we are so separated as a nation, this is what needs to be heard.
